If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Due to the fragile nature of glass components, shipping damage may occasionally occur despite careful packaging. In such cases, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement clock when necessary.

If a replacement is required due to damage or a manufacturing issue, Wclocks will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
