We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping, while the buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can.
For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
